Teaching
A school related interest that I have is teaching. I want to become and elementary school teacher. This research proposal would not only help me learn more about teaching, but it will also help me in my funture. I'm taking a class for classroom management this semester so I do know a little bit about teaching. But there is a lot more I would like to know. The major question I would ask is, what are the qualifications to become an elementary school teacher. Do people have to continue taking classes throughout their teaching career? Also what does it take to be a good teacher. In order to be a good teacher people have to read about teaching and practice before they become a teacher. Many people dont think reading about teaching anf classroom managent is important, but the questions i have asked will show that it helps a lot. This questions will lead to others, causing more in depth research and answers.

A topic related to teaching sounds like a good option to choose for this paper. Maybe what personal qualities are most important? Make sure you focus on qualities for ONE KIND of teacher. For example, don't generalize and write about qualities that are good for teaching pre-schoolers as well as those who are good at university teaching, or apply secondary teaching skills to K-4 level.
